Wherever possible, we also arrange viewings of currently let properties under our management, so you can see the high standard we maintain and the strong relationships we build with our tenants.

After completion, we’ll assess what’s needed to get the property tenant-ready. If refurbishments are required, we’ll coordinate trusted contractors to carry out the work efficiently and to the standard we expect across all our managed homes. Once the property is ready, our lettings team will market it, fully reference applicants, and present the strongest tenant for your approval. From there, we manage everything; from move-in to monthly rent collection, maintenance, and renewals, so you can enjoy the benefits of your investment without the day-to-day stress.
