Michelle has over 25 years’ experience working in Housing and Property Management, she works closely with her husband Peter, a property investor and developer with over 20 years’ experience.

As investors, they both understand how to maximise landlords’ investment goals by maintaining a successful tenancy agreement, achieved with a good relationship with all tenants – a happy tenant creates a happy tenancy for all.

Michelle and Peter recognise and understand the pitfalls of maintaining a property portfolio all too well. Michelle created Aqua Lettings to take the hassle out of investment providing a complete property management service, with extensive knowledge of what tenants and landlords need. Michelle provides a coaching service to potential and existing investors to make the most out of their money. Mentees also have access to Peter Smith Consultancy Services.

What We Can Offer You

At Aqua Lettings Ltd we provide a complete service that gives piece of mind to any prospective landlord, so they can invest with confidence. A member of the team can show potential investors around the area to view prospective properties for sale.

Viewings of current occupied properties that are let can be arranged, to show investors the relationship between tenant and agent as well as the high standard of care provided to properties. Depending on availability we will also go and view properties that are currently being renovated too.

Details of our portfolio can be disclosed to show the potential that is in Ashington; and details can be provided of why we have chosen this area to invest in. Examples are provided of the all-important ‘Numbers’ that explain the anticipated yields, Return on Investment (ROI) and the potential re-mortgage values.

The Process

If you would like to invest in the area, we can show you vetted properties we believe would be suitable, we would never sell you a property we would not buy ourselves. Once a property is found that you like, our ‘Power Team’ will help you progress with the purchase of the property, and we will help manage the sale as part of our service.

Once purchased, we have a team of trusted contractors who if needed, will get the property ready for letting - this can be discussed as necessary. Our lettings team will ensure the best possible tenant is presented to you for occupation of your property. Then you can sit back and relax as we do all the work for you.
